Michael Cadigan
Vice President, Administration and Co-Founder
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Cadigan served as Vice President of Health, Safety and Environment for Premium Drilling Inc. from 2005-2009. During this period he led the development of the Premium Management System, which included the company’s information technology network. In its last full year of operation, with over 2.2 million exposure hours, Premium achieved a Total Recordable Incident Rate of 0.80, which achieves top quartile performance for the offshore drilling industry. Prior to joining Premium Drilling, Mr. Cadigan worked for Noble Corporation for 10 years, most notably as Director of Risk Management and Manager of Health, Safety Environment and Quality.
Mr. Cadigan is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate of Memorial University of Newfoundland, and he was trained as a Six Sigma Black Belt by the George Group. He is a Director of the International Association of Drilling Contractors and a member of the National Safety Council.
