Mr. O'Shea has spent his career working in the financial services industry, he works as a manager at Intertrust (Luxembourg) S.A. where he is responsible for a portfolio of corporate clients from North America. Mr. O'Shea currently serves on the board of the following companies: Intertrust Corporate Services S.A., I.L.L. Services S.à r.l., Universal Management Services S.à r.l., Yuraku International S.A., Aesthetic Acquisitions S.à r.l., PAA Luxembourg, Galba Holdings S.à r.l., Cassius S.a r.l. and Topolino Luxco S.à r.l.
Mr. O'Shea is an Electronic Engineering graduate from University College Dublin, Ireland.
